Andres Martinez

Andres Martinez is a Senior IT Associate in POAH’s Chicago office and serves as the lead for IT designs on new construction, renovation, and acquisitions projects with a focus on technology infrastructure and office staff IT needs. He develops processes and procedures for operations and works with the development team and IT service vendors on new property builds and transitions. He assists in developing the overall IT design including low voltage cabling, network, audio visual, security cameras, and access control systems and coordinates with the managed service provider on project deliverables. He coordinates with the project manager and property manager on the planning of end-user IT equipment and provides training for end users to enhance performance.

Andres holds 15+ years of experience—including 10 years of senior-level leadership—spanning IT infrastructure, communication and network management, system operations, service management, and disaster recovery. He oversaw all aspects of computer network including infrastructure, end user support, CMMC compliance and ERP development at ACME North America.

He was Director of Information Systems for the Resurrection Project one of the largest community renters/lenders/organizer in the city of Chicago and supported the implementation of new infrastructure for all its Chicago locations.

He attended DePaul University and is pursuing a B.Sc. in Information Systems.
