Connor O’Dwyer

Connor O’Dwyer is a Senior Staff Attorney providing legal advice to POAH staff across all departments and affiliates on issues related to the acquisition, renovation, ownership and management of POAH’s portfolio of affordable multifamily rental housing. As in-house counsel, Connor supports the organization on a variety of corporate matters ranging from daily operations to governance and public policy issues.

Prior to joining POAH, Connor was an attorney-advisor in the HUD’s Region I office, counseling program clients in the Office of Multifamily Housing, Office of Public and Indian Housing, Office of Healthcare Programs and the Office of Recapitalization. Prior to that Connor was an associate attorney with Goulston & Storrs in Boston.

He holds a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in Government and Linguistics from Georgetown University and was a judicial intern in the Land Court Department of Massachusetts.
