Grace Dowling

Grace Dowling serves as the 2025 Kuehn Fellow at POAH, contributing to various aspects of project management and development oversight. She is involved in development from inception through completion, handling project management, budgets, and collaborations with contractors, architects, and community stakeholders for diverse developments encompassing new construction, rehabilitation, historic preservation, and neighborhood revitalization.

Recent work experience includes positions at both the Massachusetts Association of Community Development Corporations and Clark University Writing Center. Previously, she created and hosted a podcast on the sociohistorical roots and implications of the housing crisis in Worcester, MA.

Grace holds a Master of Arts in Community Development and Planning as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Clark University.
