Orji Beaty
Orji Beaty is POAH's Project Manager for the owned portfolio and in that role works on recapitalizing assets, refinancing debt, completing property workouts, negotiating limited partner exits and renewing subsidy contracts. In addition to his work in transactional asset management, Orji serves as POAH's owner's representative/asset manager for the New Hampshire, Maryland and Washington, DC properties reviewing budgets, reforecasts, capital plans & budget variance and working with property management to improve operational and finance performance and help mitigate risk.
Orji possesses extensive experience in real estate and was a small business owner, entrepreneur, and developer/owner/operator of single-family homes in Georgia where he acquired a pertinent skill set in real estate development, relationship management, and financial transactions. In that role, he was involved in renovation projects and asset repositioning with a focus on creating stable and affordable housing for low-income residents and families who live in fast-growing areas subject to dramatic increases in housing costs.
Orji holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Account and Finance from Coastal Carolina University.
