Eileen Kelly is a Transaction Asset Manager based in POAH’s Chicago office. In this role, she is responsible for recapitalizing assets, refinancing debt, completing property workouts, negotiating limited partner consents/exits, and real estate tax abatements.
Eileen brings affordable housing experience to POAH having been an asset manager at a national tax credit syndicator for over 10 years where she was responsible for the financial and operational performance of an 80+ portfolio of senior and multifamily low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC), historic tax credit (HTC) and HUD Section 8 and 202 properties.
Eileen has a Master’s degree from the College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in History from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
