New and renovated market-rate and mixed-income rental housing is the core of our communities. Since starting to work in Chicago 2008, POAH has built and renovated more than 2,000 apartments in a dozen Chicago neighborhoods, suburbs, and in Kankakee, IL to the south. Our properties have been enhanced by improvements and nearby amenities and services available to residents.
