Davida Marks

Davida attended Paine College in Augusta, Georgia and studied Business Administration. She is also an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) and CPM Candidate with IREM. In addition, she also holds a TCS certification and COS with NCHM.

Davida Marks is a native of Washington, DC but currently resides in Waldorf, MD. Davida brings over 25 years of housing and hospitality experience to POAH Communities, skilled in Hotel, Commercial, and Residential Property Management. Davida began her career in the property management industry as a Leasing Consultant in Georgia and later relocated back to DC to work with Bozzuto Management.  

Prior to joining POAH Communities, Davida held the position of Regional Property Manager with Enterprise Residential where she managed a portfolio of assets in Baltimore and Columbia, MD.  

Davida brings a great passion for ensuring comfortable and attractive living environments for residents, and prides herself on producing a desirable place to work for team members. She was drawn to POAH Communities’ mission and believes in the high quality of life for all residents.

In her free time, Davida loves traveling, relaxing on the beach, attending concerts, and spending time with her two children.
