Description

Cutler Manor is a 218-unit apartment complex located in the heart of Goulds, a historic neighborhood in southern Miami-Dade County, FL. This is a HUD-assisted (Section 8 subsidized) property constructed in 1971 which is now physically outdated and in need of replacement.

Given the overwhelming demand for subsidized and affordable housing, all 218 apartments will be rebuilt acorss multiple phases containing 445 total new units of affordable, workforce and market-rate housing. The new apartments will be located on the original Cutler Manor site and a new affordable housing development called Meridian Point at Goulds Station which opened in 2024.
