Terrapin Ridge Apartments is an affordable housing community located in Sandwich, MA on Cape Cod.  This community is made up of 30 townhouse-style homes, consisting of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. The 8 buildings that make up the site surround a central common, providing accessible outdoor green space to residents, along with each unit featuring a patio or balcony. The 6-acre site was originally owned by the Sandwich Housing Authority.

POAH acquired Terrapin Ridge just prior to construction completion, avoiding costly delays and spearheading the lease-up effort. This beautifully designed affordable housing community can now address housing insecurity in the town and remain a housing option for future Sandwich residents.

Located 1 mile from Route 6 and nearby public transit, Terrapin Ridge is close to shopping centers, recreation, and outdoor activities. On-site amenities include a community garden, playground, community building and laundry facilities.
