Dena Shelton

Dena Shelton is the Regional Property Supervisor for the Florida Portfolio. Dena Joined POAH Communities in 2012 as the Assistant Property Manager for Middletowne Apartments in Orange Park, FL. She became the property manager in 2019 then was promoted to Senior Property Manager two years later. Throughout her time with POAH Communities, Dena has not only been instrumental to the success of Middletowne, but she has also assisted onsite teams at other Florida and Massachusetts properties in the areas of compliance and training.
