Harold Hodges is a Sugar River Mills resident who, despite challenges around his disability, wanted a full-time job. After working with a community impact coordinator, he joined Hypertherm – a manufacturer in Hanover, NH. The company was so welcoming of him they reconfigured his workspace and celebrate him as a valued member of the team.
