Yolanda joined POAH Communities in 2015 as a Property Manager at Old Middletown High School Apartments in Middletown, CT bringing with her a passion for property management and a dedication to excellence. Over the years, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills, leading to her promotion to Senior Property Manager in 2021 in which she began to manage both Torringford West Apartments and Old Middletown High School Apartments.

In addition to her professional achievements, Yolanda serves as a mentor to her colleagues, sharing her knowledge and experience to help others grow in their careers. She holds multiple certifications in property management, which underscore her expertise and dedication to the field. Yolanda has earned multiple certifications from the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM) which include Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), Certified Manager of Housing (CMH), Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM) and Certified Financial Specialist (CFS). Her ability to inspire and guide others, combined with her extensive knowledge, makes her an invaluable asset to our team, residents and communities that we serve.
