Newly constructed in 2018, it consists of 44 mixed-income, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. Located less than a mile from the Bourne Bridge at the gateway of Cape Cod, High Meadow has easy access to commercial areas, shopping, employment centers and transportation.

The redevelopment of this remarkable property has been a priority for the Town of Dennis for nearly a decade. Melpet Farm has 27 units of rental housing that are 100% affordable to households earning 60% of the area median income (AMI) or less, with 25% of the units set aside for those experiencing or facing homelessness. The eight newly –constructed residential building share a common green and contain 3-4 units each, including a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units.

Weymouth, MA
In 2004, a local nonprofit received a comprehensive permit to construct up to 24 affordable housing units in a three-story building on a heavily wooded site which was the last parcel to be disposed of by a former retail store.
Despite support from the Town of Weymouth, the proposed project faced a contentious permitting process that delayed construction for six years.
New Bedford, MA
Temple Landing is a 173-unit family housing development located five blocks west of City Hall in downtown New Bedford.
In 2007, the property was at risk of financial insolvency. POAH was approached by the property’s owner and original developer about partnering to save the housing then called United Front Homes.
